Please note:
- Estimated delivery times apply only to standard shipping within the US.
- Deliveries to military addresses may be subject to restrictions.
- While most orders are processed and shipped on time, occasional delays may occur due to specific order requirements.
- Large orders (e.g., Canvas and Posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and may be sent separately. Free shipping policies may not apply to these items.
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan and update the tracking status.
If no tracking details are available, your package has not yet been processed by the carrier. Once scanned, tracking updates will be visible.
If your package exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Lunagold™ is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Additionally, if you request an address change or redirection with the carrier after shipping, we cannot guarantee successful modifications and are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
